  • The prices listed are for digital versions only. No physical products are included. If a physical framed version is desired, please select from the additional options.

  • Please provide clear photos of your pet to ensure the quality of the portrait. Please provide a description of the solid color or scene you’d like to choose when booking!

  • Portrait will be ready in 7-10 business days. Upon completion, a high-resolution digital portrait will be sent via email.

  • If there are any special requests during the customization process, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
